❧ Can I return my perfume if I don’t like the scent?
We understand that fragrance is personal. Because of this, we recommend trying a sample before purchasing a travel or full-size bottle.
We accept returns of unopened and unused travel and full-size perfumes within 14 days of delivery, but you’ll need to cover the return shipping.
❧ How do I request a return?
Please email us at contact@marielistone.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions. Please note, we cannot accept used or opened bottles.
❧ Are samples refundable?
All sample purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. They’re designed to help you explore our fragrances before committing to a travel or full-size bottle.
❧ What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry! If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@marielistone.com with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or offer store credit at no additional cost.
❧ Who pays for return shipping?
If you're returning a travel or full-size, unopened perfume for personal reasons, return shipping is your responsibility.
We require that you use a trackable shipping service and keep proof of shipment. Refunds or store credit will only be issued after we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
